After like five days of literally not even leaving my building, a steady diet of raisin Cinnamon swirl bread and Ginger Ale and a marathon of every Airplane, Top Gun and Leslie Nielsen movie ever made topped with the sweet dulcet sounds of King Sylas calling everyone and everything a Cocksucker in Deadwood, I am done.
Finished.
Free. Free.
Freeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.
But!
Before heading into SVA I'm taking a field trip to Savannah, likely next week. The issue I'm facing here is that while SVA is better located (New York, Internships,) SCAD's program is better. I can't even argue price since it's literally a 1k difference. Craaap.
But that's coming later. Now while I wait for my Portfolio to be converted into a CD (This whole policy of 'Portfolios Must be in Digital Format!' is so frakin' gay,) I am free. Freeeeeeeeeee.
And after five days of nothing but bread and ginger ale, I need
food.
...But it's so. Far. Away. And I'm just. Enjoying. Internet again.
Also whatthejesus Cardinal Wolsey from Tudors is
Grant from Jurassic motherfucking Park.
What.
Yes. It's also come to my attention that in my need for background noise while artsing (an ironic reversal to how I cannot write with sound anywhere) I have ran the fuck out of Costume Dramas. Like. All of them. I have seen them. I have seen every major costume drama in english. By order of awesome: Rome, Deadwood, Tudors and Carnivale. Done. Seen them all. Merlin, Legend of the Seeker and Robin Hood I didn't like. John Adams was pretty meh, but I'm not big on the Revolutionary/Civil War types either. So what the fuck, now what do I watch for my historical fix? All I need's High Production Values, no Xena or Hercules.
